1. Ultrasonic Welder Frequency: Normally we will choose 20khz not 15khz, because the frequency 15khz may break the welded parts
2. Ultrasonic Welder Power: The plastic welder supplier need to know how many cavities, and also the total length for machine power confirmation.
3. Ultrasonic sonotrode: we can also call it the ultrasonic mold, for the security seals welding, we must do the Ansys testing before production the sonotrode or mold to make sure that the output power is even, in order to avoid the problem of some parts is sealed, and other parts not. Besides, the ultrasonic sonotrode is consumable, it is better to prepare at least the upper sonotrode as beack up.
4. Security seals design: here are two common seen problems.
